Entscheidend für den weiteren Erfolg der Quanmax ist die
Positionierung als Technologieunternehmen bei gleichzeitiger
Nutzung von Synergien mit den bisherigen Vetriebskanälen und
Strukturen und Weiterführung des bisherigen Geschäftsmodel-
les. Dabei ist insbesondere der Ausbau der engen Beziehungen
zum asiatischen Hauptaktionär entscheidend, während für den
Wandel des Unternehmens zur Technologiefirma insbesondere
qualitative Faktoren der Aufbau qualifizierter Fachkräfte oder die
Zusammenarbeit mit dem Softwarepark Hagenberg besonders
wichtig sind. Im Marktsegement Cloud Computing-Security hat
sich Quanmax in einem sehr stark wachsenden Nischenmarkt
positioniert.
Für die nächsten Jahre hat Quanmax ehrgeizige Pläne: Der Um-
satz soll auf mindestens 70 Mio. EUR steigen, 2012 sind 100
Mio. geplant. Das Hauptaugenmerk gilt aber der Gewinnverbes-
serung: Bis 2012 soll die Gross Marge deutlich überproportional
von 11 Mio. EUR auf mindestens 22 Mio. EUR steigen. Und
auch der Nettogewinn soll in den nächsten drei Jahren überpro-
portional zum Umsatz wachsen.
Das gesamte Quanmax-Team wird mit Engagement daran ar-
beiten, dieses Ziel für zu erreichen und die dazu notwendigen
Schritte konsequent und erfolgreich umzusetzen.
The key to the continued success of Quanmax lies in positio-
ning itself as a technology company by using synergies with the
existing distribution channels and structures and continuing the
existing business model. In particular, developing close ties with
the principle Asian shareholder is crucial and qualitative factors
for developing skilled workforce or working together with the
Software park in Hagenberg are particularly important for the
transformation of the company into a technology company. In
the market segment Cloud Computing Security; Quanmax has
positioned itself in a very fast-growing niche market.
Quanmax has ambitious plans for the next few years: Sales are
expected to rise to at least 70 million EUR and 100 million EUR
is planned in 2012. The main focus is however, profit improve-
ment: By 2012, the gross margin should significantly increase
from 11 million EUR to at least 22 million EUR. Similarly, an
above average net profit is planned for the next three years.
The entire Quanmax team will work with commitment towards
achieving this objective and implement the necessary steps
consistently and successfully.
